Softchem completes EMP for coal mine

Softchem completed the environmental management programme (EMP) for a Eurocoal colliery near Middelburg. A draft programme was forwarded to the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry beforehand, to obtain the department's comments and feedback. These were included in the final version of the EMP issued during September 2003.
